• Council Member since December 2011; term expires in 2023

• Triangle J COG (Council of Government) delegate for the Town
• CAMPO (Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization) alternate for the Town
• 20 + Year Volunteer, Clayton Area EMS (10 years as Chief)
• Current Vice President – Johnston County EMS Association
• Council Liaison to the Clayton Fire Department Fire Advisory Board
• Serves as alternate to the North Carolina Eastern Municipal Power Agency Board 

Education:

• Graduate of UNC Charlotte – EMS Management Institute
• Graduate of Johnston Community College – Paramedic/EMS Program
• Graduate of Clayton High School

Work Experience:

• Medical Examiner & Death Investigator, State of North Carolina 
• 29 years of public safety work in Johnston County (EMS, Law Enforcement and 911 Communications)
• Adjunct faculty at four local community colleges

• I ran for office to be a voice for those who are often not heard.
